WardFlowOS is designed to work with minimal patient data — bed number, age, gender, and clinical condition. We strongly recommend not entering NHS numbers, full names, or other direct identifiers. All data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure in European data centres, encrypted at rest and in transit.

WardFlowOS is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that runs entirely in the browser. It works on any device with a modern browser — including NHS Windows PCs, iPhones, Android phones, and iPads. No installation or admin rights required. It also works on NHS WiFi as it only requires standard HTTPS traffic.

Ward spaces and their data persist until manually cleared, allowing handover continuity across shifts. You can archive or reset a space at any time. We recommend your team establish a clear policy for what data is retained after each shift.

No — all plans include unlimited team members per ward space. You pay per ward, not per user. A typical ward of 20 staff members all accessing the same space costs the same as one person using it.

WardFlowOS was built by Dr Yedidiah Tilahun, an NHS Foundation Year 2 doctor, and is a product of TEYEOS Ltd — a UK-registered private limited company. It was designed from clinical experience on acute medical wards and built to solve the real coordination problems that exist on every NHS ward.

Ad-Hoc Shift Space is a free, disposable workspace for night shifts and cross-cover. 5 members, 10 beds, expires after 24 hours. No AI Planner. Perfect as a first experience of WardFlowOS.

Pro Shift is a personal paid plan at £9.99/month for individual clinicians. 8 members, 15 beds, permanent, AI Planner (5/day), and a personal ARCP audit trail. It travels with you across rotations — your own space independent of your ward.

Trial Ward Space is a free 14-day evaluation for a real ward team. 10 members, 20 beds, AI Planner (3/day). No card required — designed for Ward Sisters evaluating the product before committing.

Licensed Ward is the full permanent product at £49/ward/month. 36 members, 36 beds, unlimited AI Planner, full analytics, ARCP audit export, and owner eviction controls. Never expires.

Creating a WardFlowOS account is completely free and always will be. You only pay if you want to own and run a ward space — Ad-Hoc spaces are always free, and Pro Shift (£9.99/month) and Licensed Ward (£49/month) are paid tiers for space owners.

If a colleague or Ward Sister already has a space, they can share their invite code with you or invite you directly through the Connections feature. You join with your free account, get full access to the ward as an Editor, and can complete tasks, assign work, and use the AI Planner — all at no cost to you. Your account travels with you across rotations and multiple ward spaces simultaneously. Put simply: the ward pays, not the individual clinician.
